Bridget Scrogings


Originally from Australia, Bridget holds an undergraduate degree in Exercise and Nutrition Science and a Master's degree in Dietetics. With extensive clinical experience in weight management, diabetes, heart disease, gut health, allergies, and sports nutrition, she is well-equipped to support diverse health needs.  After several years of helping clients in Australia, Bridget relocated to Aspen, where she embraces the active outdoor lifestyle and continues to share her passion for health.

Bridget believes that nourishment and enjoyment can go hand in hand. She views health and wellness as a journey of balance, fueled by knowledge and understanding. As a strong advocate for evidence-based science, she enjoys the challenge of translating complex nutrition research into personalised, practical advice.

Recognising that a healthy, active lifestyle requires proper recovery, Bridget champions the recovery modalities offered at Base State.  She believes these approaches can benefit everyone, from busy moms and weekend warriors to elite athletes
