Bridget Scrogings


Bridget is a knowledgeable nutritionist and dietitian with a strong focus on gut health and the critical role of the microbiome in overall wellness. Originally from Australia, she holds an undergraduate degree in Exercise and Nutrition Science and a Master's degree in Dietetics. With extensive clinical experience, Bridget is well-equipped to support a wide range of health needs, with particular expertise in digestion, gut health, and microbiome balance. 

After several years of helping clients in Australia, Bridget relocated to Aspen, where she embraces an active outdoor lifestyle while continuing her work in nutrition. She is passionate about making evidence-based nutrition accessible, especially when it comes to understanding the impact of gut health on overall health. Bridget enjoys translating the latest nutrition research into practical advice tailored to each individual’s needs.

Recognizing the importance of a holistic approach to health, Bridget advocates for a balanced lifestyle that includes proper nutrition, physical activity, and recovery.
