Every facial will include cleansing, enzyme exfoliation, a series of masks tailored to your skin and Gua Sha lymphatic facial massage techniques. All facials conclude with a tailored combination of serums and barrier supportive nourishing oil to leave you glowing with a refreshed and radiant complexion.

  • We provide all the essentials but please bring a swimsuit, a book or any toiletires you specifically need.

  • Swimwear is preferred.

  • Absolutely, whilst it is a self-guided session, the team is here to answer all of your questions. You will also be givien an in-depth induction as well as protocol recommendations.

  • Our cold plunges are equipped with TWO commercial grade filters - a highly effective ozone filter to nix bacteria and a 50-micron fitler to clean the water. On top of this, we regularly drain, clean and refil our tubs.

    Cleanliness = godliness and we take this very seriously at Base State.

  • We clean our saunas after every single session. We use a tox free, anti-microbial cleaning solution. In addition to this we use a UV light and regularly deep clean our saunas. Scrub, scrub, scrub!

  • Our cold plunges hover between 44-49F. We've found this range to be the sweet spot between comfort and efficacy. We might be able to accommodate temperature requests - just ask us.

  • Yes - our suites can accommodate a maximum of 4 guests per session. Each guest is an additional $25, unless you have a package or membership which have discounted rates.

  • Yes absolutely, however we recommend booking ahead to ensure availability.
