Change + Cancellation Policy

We value your time and ours, and we do our best to provide a seamless experience for every guest. Because many of our services require dedicated staff, preparation, and private suite availability, we kindly ask that you review our cancellation policy below.

Appointments & Services

We require at least 12 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule any appointment.

  • Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 12 hours of the scheduled start time will be charged in full.

  • Appointments booked within 12 hours of the scheduled time cannot be canceled or rescheduled.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to respect the next guest’s appointment. All sessions will be charged at the full service rate.

Memberships & Packages

Cancellation policies apply equally to membership credits and packaged services. Missed or late-canceled appointments will result in the forfeiture of the credit or full charge of the service.

No-Shows

Failure to arrive for your scheduled appointment without notice will be considered a no-show and will be charged in full.
